The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this twenty-fifth of August, 2023. The meeting was led by HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in participation.
Following call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with no amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a summarized financial overview outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed community garden construction and streetlight maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing clarifications about the projects.
Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, on the same day next month.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is presently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the standard of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and provide their feedback by the deadline.
- A public forum will be held on July 20th to examine the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing shrubs, cleaning up public spaces, and supporting a sense of ownership.
We're actively working on numerous projects, including the restoration of our lakefront area. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the HOA Office.

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
